SH2 261 Lower's Nebula

The Sh2-261 taken from my Creedmoor site on January 19th, 2021. SH2 261 (Sharpless 261), also known as the Lower's Nebula, is a faint region of doubly ionized hydrogen. Lower's nebula is found in the constellation Orion. The nebula is named after Harold and Charles Lower who discovered this nebula in 1939.
