IC 1871 taken on November 3rd 2014 is a faint emission nebula located in the constellation Cassiopeia. This nebula is part of a much larger structure called IC 1848 also known as the Embryo or Soul Nebula. Taken with an AT8RC through a 6nm Ha filter and 15 subs of 10 minutes each from Creedmoor NC.
